Meaford combo class: Musical Theatre and TheatreKids

We have adjusted our Meaford program schedule to have a combination class with both Musical Theatre and TheatreKids programming on Fridays from 6 – 8 pm. This 10 week program continues Friday October 6 and registrations are still being accepted. Our Meaford classes are held at Meaford Bethany Church of the Nazarene (final performance on December 1 will be at a different location TBA).

There’s still time to register!

We are still accepting registrations for our TheatreKids drama programs for children and youth aged 3 – 15, as well as our Musical Theatre and Dance programs. We offer multi-class discounts to help families participate in well rounded performing arts training. Our fall session has started in many locations but you can still join the fun and register for programs in Owen Sound, Meaford, Collingwood, and Saugeen Shores!

TheatreKids is Sandcastle Theatre’s signature training program for young people in Bruce, Grey, and Simcoe counties.  It is designed to enable young people to be fully engaged in the creative process and to build confidence as they create and original play to be performed for family and friends at the end of each session.

Our TheatreKids programs run after school and on Saturdays for 10 – 14 weeks. Our Fall programs begin at the end of September and run until early December.  Our Spring programs begin in March and run until June.

In January/February we offer workshops in Improv, scene study and audition prep.  During this time we also prepare students to participate in the Kiwanis Festival, which takes place in April.
